Ivana Rihova teaches at the WOP-P Master in Valencia (May, 2023)

Last May, 9 the WOP-P students at the University of Valencia had the pleasure of meeting with Ivana Rihova, an Independent Researcher (formerly Edinburgh Napier University, The Business School, Edinburgh, United Kingdom).

The workshop taught by Dr. Rihova called “Marketing and customer behavior theory”,  encouraged students to combine concepts from psychology and social psychology with marketing and consumer behavior theory, looking specifically at the notion of C2C co-creation of value.
