Service learning activity at the Universitat de València (Feb, 2025)

Valencia, Spain – First-year MasterWOP-P students collaborated with local and Erasmus undergraduate psychology students from the University of Valencia in a service-learning initiative focused on leadership. Led by Professors Núria Tordera, Inmaculada Silla, Mario Martínez Córcoles, and Viky Fajardo, the activity explored Servant Leadership, Emotional Leadership, LMX, and Authentic Leadership.

Students analyzed leadership effectiveness and cultural implications using evidence-based approaches. They presented findings through role-playing, interviews, and leader analysis. This initiative enriched learning by integrating academic knowledge with practical experience, highlighting the value of service-learning in higher education.
