Carol Hansen, PhD is specialized in organizational culture and research,  she is an internationally known scholar and practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Her various roles include Fulbright scholar, research professor, branch chief at the United States Department of State and consultant to universities and corporations.  She presented and conducted research in Africa, India, Western Europe and South America and she has been a visiting professor in business and psychology at the Universities of Paris, Lausanne, Strasbourg, Mainz, and Valencia.  Her award-winning publications include two books and over 40 articles and conference proceedings.
