Steiner (Ph.D., Pennsylvania State University) is currently a Professor of Social Psychology of Work and Organizations at the Université Côte d’Azur in Nice, France after beginning his career at the Louisiana State University. In Nice, he is the director of the Clinical, Cognitive and Social Anthropology and Psychology Laboratory (LAPCOS). He has published articles and book chapters in both English and French on topics such as organizational justice, personnel selection, leadership, performance evaluation, and job satisfaction. Currently, he is conducting research linking organizational justice and discrimination, particularly with regard to age discrimination and women in leadership, and on the relationship between fair management and well-being at work.
