University of ValenciaEsther Gracia, Ph.D. is Senior Lecturer in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, member of the Research Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL) and member of the Coordination Committee of the Winter School “Robert Roe & Bernhard Wilpert”. Prof. Gracia has published numerous research studies in the discipline in international scientific journals such as European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, PlosOne, Group & Organization Management, Work & Stress etc. She is currently working in a project entitled “Cooperation between professionals and family members in centers that provide service to people with intellectual disabilities and their impact on the quality of life” Specifically, she is studying about eudaimonic beliefs, emotional labor, wellbeing and effectiveness at workplaces. Moreover, she collaborates with the reviewing process with several international journals such as Group & Organization Management, Tourist Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management and Cornell Hospitality Quarterly.
