Laura Lorente is a Senior Lecturer in the Social Psychology Department at the University of Valencia. She teaches undergraduate and graduate classes, mainly in Work and Organizational Psychology.  She is member of the Research Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL), participating in different research projects mainly related to psychosocial well-being and occupational health. Prof. Lorente has published in various Spanish and international scientific journals such as Journal of Happiness Studies, Social Indicators Research and Journal of Managerial Psychology, and she collaborates with the reviewing process with several international journals. She belongs to different national and international associations, such as SCEPS and EAWOP, being a member of the scientific committee of the last congresses.
