Rita Chiesa, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Psychology, University of Bologna (Italy). Her main research areas are in Vocational Psychology, in particular: lifelong career development and employability; age management and inclusive workplaces; vocational guidance and career counselling interventions. She has published in numerous international academic journals, such as the Journal of Managerial Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, Journal of Counseling and Development, and Career Development International.
