Marco Giovanni Mariani, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at Department of Psychology, University of Bologna (ITALY). He has had teaching experience on Personnel Psychology at University of Bologna (ERASMUS-Mundus Program), Parma and Trento (IT). He has been guest scholar at Portland State University (US) and at University of New Hampshire (US). Main skills and expertise regard Personnel Selection, Personnel appraisal, Safety performance, risk perception and technology acceptance. He has published research studies in books and international scientific journals such as Safety science, Frontiers in Psychology, Career Development International, etc. He coordinates CE.TRANS a Center for Research on career and human resources development, at Department of Psychology, University of Bologna.
