Leonor Pais, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She is the Portuguese Coordinator of the European WOP-P Master Course. She has been the scientific supervisor of several Ph.D. and Master Theses. Member of the Center for Research in Neuropsychology and Cognitive and Behavioral Intervention (CINEICC), her research interests are mainly focused on knowledge management, human resources management, cooperation, and decent work. She has been a Principal Investigator and team member in Portuguese nationally funded projects and European funded projects in these domains. Beyond research and teaching activities, she carries out university management tasks, and she has been an evaluator of proposals of scientific projects (Funding Agency for Science, Research and Technology). As author and co-author, she has published books, book chapters, and articles in international journals, such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Managing Service Quality, International Labour Review, and International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management.
