Andrea Ghiselli has been awarded with the “Master Tesis Award” from the Global Conference on Work Psychology and Human Resources.

Andrea Ghiselli: “Social networking: a case study about knowledge sharing and collective efficacy in the Italian real estate marketing” has been awarded with the “Master Tesis Award” from the Global Conference on Work Psychology and Human Resources at a meeting held last October 31, at the Spanish Psychologists Association (COP).

The ceremony took place on Friday, November 25, during the IV Conference on Occupational Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources.
