Conference II Areas of intervention. Strategy planning and roll-out approach (Oct 11th, 2023)

This conference is focus on specific areas of interventions to experience how agile practice could look like and understand the first implications for HR interventions. Moreover, it is focused on understanding the practical implications and challenges of the introduction of agile settings in a global organization.  In this sense, it deals with best practices from a real case in a global transformation project and its current focus on leadership.
