Conference sessions conducted by PhD Orhidea Edith Kiss about “Organizational voice and related constructs”, at the Faculty of Psychology – The University of Barcelona (April 2024)

PhD Orhidea Edith Kiss, Head of the Department of Organisational and Leadership Psychology at the Eötvös Loránd University, carried out two conferences on the 16^th and 18^th of April, at the Faculty of Psychology (Universitat de Barcelona).

Second-year students of the WOP-P Master’s program had the privilege to acquire evidenced-based knowledge on constructs such as voice behavior and leadership, as well as the pivotal concepts of organizational voice and trust. Furthermore, they were provided with practical implementations of these topics, as well as related contemporary research findings.
