Dr. Amanda Simpson’s lecture on ‘Youth and Work: A focus on skills’
Amanda Simpson is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of the West of Scotland. Her research focuses on the skills and abilities that young workers are exposed to in the workplace. She has worked on several employment projects focusing on policy and practice; including projects for the Department for Education in England, and in the Isle of Mann, and for the Scottish Executive. She currently resides in the West of Scotland and looks after a Castle in her spare time.
