HOME Students Attend Psychological Assessment Course in HR Management (University of Barcelona)

From January 13th to 20th, 2025, second-year HOME students from the WOP-P Master’s program participated in the course “Psychological Assessment and Guidance in Human Resource Management” at the Universitat de Barcelona.

The course was led by Professor Tania García, an Erasmus Mundus scholar at the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Program in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (EMJMP-WOP-P) in Europe. Prof. Tania García shared her expertise in applying psychological principles to HR management, providing students with valuable insights for their future careers.
