María Moura conference on Organizational change: multiculturalism, diversity and global thinking at the University of Coimbra

María Moura (WOP-P Master Alumni) who is HR Generalist at Companeo Portugal, an important French multinational, was invited to give a video conference on the topic: Organizational change: multiculturalism, diversity and global thinking (including the capacity to interact with other frameworks, manage local cultural realities by considering global trends, and work in international contexts). 

This conference was organized by the University of Coimbra (13/12/2018) within the main subject of Intervention in Organizations for the 2nd year students to learn how companies deal with and manage these issues in practice and in an increasingly global, diverse and multicultural world.
