Master’s Students Participate in Workshop on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion with Kellogg Company (University of Barcelona)

On January 21, 2025, second-year students of the WOP-P Master’s program had the opportunity to participate in the workshop “Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Beyond the Law: Kellogg Company.” The session was led by Professor Indalecio Rueda, a specialist in human resource management.

The workshop provided valuable insights into fostering inclusive workplace environments and addressing diversity beyond legal requirements. Students engaged in discussions on best practices and real-world applications of equity and inclusion within organizations, with a particular focus on Kellogg Company’s initiatives.

This experience enriched the students’ understanding of HR strategies and reinforced the importance of diversity and inclusion in the professional landscape.
