Prof. Marta Alves from the University of Beira Interior in Portugal also a professor at the Erasmus Mundus Masters in Coimbra. Gave two seminars on Teamwork, scale´s validation at the collective level, and Social Network Analysis. In addition, she worked on the research project “The incidence of subgroups and emotional competencies in the welfare and performance of virtual teams” (VITEM) with Virginia Orengo and Ana Zornoza as MIs.

PhD degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra (Portugal). Master degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE- University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal). Current research interests include Social Psychology and Applied Social Psychology (Group Dynamics, Social Network Analysis and Community Psychology). Author and co-author of scientific papers published in books and journals. Member of international research project teams.
