Prof. Roya Ayman, PhD will give a seminar at the Univerity of Valencia: “Gender’s role in leadership effectiveness and implication for leadership development”
Roya Ayman is a Psychology Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology with more than 30 of experience in research topics such as leadership, gender and culture. She coauthored a book on Leadership Theory and Research and she also specialises in training, mentoring & coaching, change management and organizational assessment at both public and private entities.
