University of Bologna – Seminars in organizational change and development (OCD) course 

During the OCD course held by prof. Salvatore Zappalà, two external practitioners were invited to share their experience with students.

On November 4^th, dr. Andrea Del Rizzo reported his ten-year experience as an HR director in a manufacturing company in the automotive sector, describing how to manage employees working in the four international branches of the company.

On November 16^th, dr. Silvia Roà reported her wide experience as a trainer and consultant for public and private companies focusing on psychosocial group and organizational dynamics. She is currently working in Milan.
