WORKSHOP ON EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT AT THE UNIVERSITAT OF BARCELONA (UB) – Oct, 2024

On October 14th, second-year students of the WOP-P Master’s program at the University of Barcelona (UB) had the privilege of hosting Mr. Ezequiel Frydman, Talent Management Coordinator at Roboyo and a distinguished alumnus from the XVI Edition of the program.

Mr. Frydman conducted an insightful workshop on Employer Engagement as part of the Methodology Intervention course. His session provided students with practical, industry-relevant perspectives on fostering strong connections between employers and employees, complementing the academic curriculum with real-world expertise.
