Salvador Carbonell has a PhD in Organizational and Personel Psychology. He has worked for 40 years in the Human Resources and Media area of different companies of the financial sector with technical and managerial functions, including participation in different Management Committees. As an associate professor at the University of Valencia, he has taught courses on Human Resources and related subjects (including Professional Career, Psychological Contract and Employment Relations), both in Psychology Degree and in different Masters. In the WOP-P Master, he has worked mainly in the area of professional practices. Salvador also develops organizational consulting activities.
