Dr Petros Chamakiotis is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Information Systems in the School of Business, Management and Economics at the University of Sussex, UK. He earned his PhD from the University of Bath, UK with the support an EPSRC scholarship, and was previously with Royal Holloway, University of London, UK. His research focuses on (a) digital transformation and virtual teamwork with an emphasis on issues of creativity, innovation and leadership, among others; and (b) wellbeing and work-life boundaries in the digital age. His work has appeared in relevant journals — such as Creativity & Innovation Management; Information Technology & People; and New Technology, Work & Employment — as well as in numerous edited volumes and conference proceedings. Prior to becoming an academic, Petros worked in junior management positions in Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in English, Greek and Spanish.
