University of BolognaMarco Depolo is “Alma Mater Professor” of the University of Bologna. Full Professor in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Bologna (Department of Psychology) (until 2019). Vice-rector of the University of Bologna, in charge for Organizational Innovation (2005-2009).Visiting professor and member of PhD Jury at French and Spanish Universities. Referee for national and international scientific journals (among them: “European J. of Work and Organizational Psychology”, “Work & Stress”, “Stress & Health”, Personnel Review”, Career Development International”, “J. of Economic Psychology”). President of SIPLO (Società Italiana di Psicologia del Lavoro e dell’Organizzazione; Italian Society for Work & Organizational Psychology), 1999-2004.
He has published, as main author or in collaboration, a number of scientific papers (books and book chapters, articles in national and international scientific journals), and also presented a number of communications in scientific international congresses.
