Salvador García Sanchez, M.D., is a full Professor in Social Psychology at the University of Barcelona. His interest in the biopsychosocial model, stress, values and organizational health oriented his professional path towards teaching and consulting. Certified in Management Training and Development by Harvard University. He served as President of Association of Professionals in Organizational Development (APDO) in Spain. Author of Management by Values model. Co-founder of “imagineLab”, a creative space in Barcelona University for the promotion of values intelligence, entrepreneurship and social innovation.
