Santiago González Piñeiro is psychologist and an independent consultant in talent development and team effectiveness. Founding partner of Entrenadores de Talento, a firm dedicated to provide training and coaching services for both private and public sector. He is Postgraduate in Analysis and conducting of groups by the University of Barcelona. Accredited in Insights Discovery personality tool. Certified as Organizational Systems and Relations Coach (ORSCC) by the Center for Right Relationship (CRR). In addition to the team intervention and leadership training processes in Spain he was involved as Pedagogical Leader in the design and coordination of development programs for managers and managers of the European institutions within the BICK Consortium for ESA Administration School. He is associated professor in the Department of Social Psychology of the University of Barcelona.
