Paulo Renato Lourenço is Associate Professor of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and a researcher at the Center for Business and Economics Research (CeBER). He earned his Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra (UC). He has been a scientific supervisor of several Ph.D. and Master Theses and has published several research papers in books and national/international scientific journals, such as Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Small Group Research, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Beyond research and teaching activities he carries out several university management tasks being currently the Coordinator of the Master in Organizational Psychology at UC. His current research interests include work teams, effectiveness, conflict management, and leadership.
