Rejina M. Selvam is a Lecturer and Serra Hunter Fellow in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Barcelona. She is a collaborating member of the Chair of Direction by Missions (DPMC) and also of the Chair of Santander, Institute of Family Studies. She has a PhD in Human Resources Psychology, from the department of Social Psychology and quantitative Psychology (methods for behavioral sciences), from the University of Barcelona. She has been a visiting research scholar at the University of Pennsylvania State, the University of Stirling, and the University of West London and has participated in international research projects. She has participated in various competitive projects from the Ministry of Spain and Generalitat de Catalunya, including the Santander University research projects. Her previous employments were at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and IESE Business School (University of Navarra). Her research interests are in Organizational Behaviour (Leader-subordinate relationships, team performances), Purpose Mission, and Internal and Institutional communication (Sustainable decision-making). Her research studies from these lines of investigation have been published in scientific journals and books such as the International Journal of Production EconomicsHuman Review, and Routledge Publications.
