Aida Soriano is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the University of Valencia Estudi General (UVEG), and a member of the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and of Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). She finished her Ph.D. project in 2019. She obtained an international Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources (A+ with honors “sobresaliente cum laude”). Next, she became a post-doctoral researcher at UVEG (2019-2020). Both pre-doctoral and post-doctoral periods were funded by a competitive grant from UVEG (“Atracción del Talento”). Until now, she has published 15 articles related to her research line “Work and Organizational Psychology” (12 of them in JCR; 6 as the first author). Additionally, 9 of these publications are in the Q1-Q2 quartile of their fields. Moreover, she has extended teaching and mentoring experience, as, since 2016, she has taught social psychology subjects (during more than 300 hours) in different degrees of UVEG (e.g., degree in psychology, degree in social work, degree in labor relations, and degree in criminology).
